If you are not looking for the cheapest ticket, but looking for more of deal on better ticket and comfort, this is a great site to check out.

JetUpFront will find the Business/First class ticket at the cheapest price.  I found San Francisco to Las Vegas for just around $300 round trip for the First Class ticket. Also, San Francisco to New York for around $900 for the First Class ticket. The price seems really reasonable and not extremely expensive.
